We currently have spots open for both the full marathon and the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon. The race is on Saturday, June 20th, 2020. We're thrilled to share that we are an official 2020 Grandma's Marathon Charity Partner. Runners now have the option of running a virtual race and continuing to fundraise to support our program in this tumultuous time. Crowds offer enthusiastic encouragement nearly every step of the way for that October event.Notice: Grandma's Marathon and the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon have been canceled for 2020. That would differ greatly from the Twin Cities Marathon.

I've heard there is a feeling of solitude to the run, at least the full marathon, with long stretches without many spectators along the course. The course is described as gently rolling without any knee-jarring hills. The weekend featured 4K and 5K races as well. (Everyone needs a DNF at some point.) There were over 7,000 finishers of the Half Marathon. Congratulations to all the runners, even those that may have entered but did not finish. You can find the full official results here.
